Email PO/WT Notifications
To enable PO/WT notifications, the user in question needs to enable the feature in ‘My Account’.
Who actually gets notifications and when?
Section titled “Who actually gets notifications and when?”The Connect User who creates the shipment will be notified when the shipment gets either closed or cancelled in 3PL. You can also assign the Items Transfer user role to someone, and they will be notified when any shipment gets closed/cancelled in 3PL.
