Reporting - What Reports are Available
With the Connect dashboard you are able to generate a variety of reports, including the following:
Order Fulfillment report
Section titled “Order Fulfillment report”Get a list of orders in a given date range, and stats on how many items were fulfilled and to which fulfillment service. The available fulfillment services in Connect are: Extensiv, Landmark, Crane, ShipStation and Sunbasket (discontinued).
Shipped Count report
Section titled “Shipped Count report”Generates a report showing the total number of orders received and shipped in a given date range, per storefront.
Order Items Reports
Section titled “Order Items Reports”Gives a list of ordered items, grouped by the storefront and item SKU, showing total number of item QTY, Price, and more. This can be filtered by a given date range but also by date type. Meaning you can filter either by when the corresponding order for the item was placed, or when it was shipped (automatically filters only shipped orders if this is used). Generating it for only certain storefronts is also possible.
Warehouse Transactions summary
Section titled “Warehouse Transactions summary”Shows a summary of warehouse transactions for a given client and warehouse, grouped by item SKU being moved. A warehouse transaction in this context is a warehouse inventory deductions correlated to a given resource putting demand on inventory, like storefront orders or bulk shipment. It shows the total number of moved (shipped) quantity for a given SKU by entity type, but it also shows the total incoming quantity via ASNs & WTs, for a given date range.
Storefront Inventory (Inv.) Stats
Section titled “Storefront Inventory (Inv.) Stats”Shows current statistics for products from the storefront catalog, including: quantity on hand, available, on demand, last sold, in transit, weekly avg sold, and expected weeks available (shipped only). Unlike other reports, this is not a generated data snapshot, and as such this one changes constantly depending on when it is pulled up.
